Staff is phenomenal. Room was clean and ready for me. Plenty of hot water for a great shower. The cabin feel went perfect for the 360 views of the heart of star valley. Not only would I recommend staying here, but will stay again. Penny is also amazing. She’s super sweet and considerate.
Three starts is home of a harsh rating. But I was frustrated with my stay. I got a place here when the roads into Jackson was closed due to snow. It's a fine place, and I arguably didn't get a chance to experience all it has to offer, I was after all only there when they where closed after all. Biggest reason for the low rating is noise, the heater was very loud. Woke me up at least twice. Rooms are super clean and cozy. The log cabins are rustic and gorgeous. Affordable and feels like we UNDER paid. It's that nice. Next time we are in the area we will stay again.
