I have seen Dr Peddinghaus for over 20 yrs. When he moved to Lincolnwood, IL I started seeing him at that facility in April of 2014. You see I suffer from panic disorder and anxiety which he prescribed anxiety meds. I also had very bad back problems in which I did have surgery and was put on Norco. I had been on both of those meds up until April of 2022 and when asked for a refill I was told this is the last time I can prescribe.
