Called for information regarding a home, only looking for general information. The man I spoke to was unwilling to give even base info regarding proposed financing. If you are looking for transparency according to the "Truth in Lending Act", this isn't the place. He was disrespectful towards the end of the call, once he realized I was gathering info. 10/10 do not recommend.
Guy is an awesome person. He cares about us and worked hard to get us in there. It's a quiet place where I feel like all of our neighbors kinda look out for each other.
