I stopped going when Jimmy worked at the oil change because he would brag to other neighbors that the oil change workers would break things on your vehicle so they could offer to replace or do side jobs to fix what they break. Watch the service people in the oil change area. They do not perform the services described. For the second time, I have caught them not doing all the work included in the pricing. The oil was changed but the fluids and pressures certainly were not checked until I questioned. Tire pressure is a separate charge on the invoice without asking but was not checked. When called on the omissions they became very indignant. Thankfully I was videoing! I’ll not return.
