Bought a Meritage house in Melissa. Once moved in had nothing but issues in dealing with the local manager. He never finished completing the walk-thru. Had only 30 days to complete so he delayed or pushed the fix on me. Frustrating. Then when went to Meritage Warranty, they also tried to avoid responsibility pushing off to their subcontractors/vendors who went back and forth on who to blame. Overall experience is gr8 with Meritage. No major concerns on the build quality except flooring related concern, rest everything is fine. Warranty team does a great job responding to the concerns and tried to address the issues raised quickly. Thanks you Karina Conde and Robert Jerls for the tremendous support.
