Great experience! Best place that I rented ever. The service requests are resolved quickly. Nice environment also. I would love to continue renting here
AVOID THEM FOR YOU DEPOSIT! I had an incredibly frustrating experience when I moved out of this apartment. They imposed a mandatory $338 carpet cleaning fee, which is buried in the lease, and then tacked on an additional $255 cleaning fee for any small stain, no matter how minor. To top it off, they charged me $30 for replacing light bulbs and batteries, which I had already replaced before moving out. There were also significant issues during my stay. I’ve lived here for two years and renewed for a third. Really enjoy living here. Nice sized townhouses that aren’t super fancy but still modern and clean. Assigned parking with plenty of spots for visitors. Quiet area but still close and convenient to A&M campus. Cable and internet included and washer/dryer in unit. Maintenance is quick to respond if there are any issues.
