Very nice gated community located near Mayo and the Town Center on Beach Blvd and Hodges in Jacksonville. The entry system works well but the buttons need to be held down to reach the residents last name. Well maintained and safe gated community with well constructed condos built by Pulte. Unit numbers and/or Building numbers on each individual building need to be larger for emergncies and first responders and a nice feature would be uplighting onto the building number so that each building number can be easily seen.
I don't live here but visit people who live here. Annoying thing is when the gate doesn't work properly, which is way too frequent! Other than that it's a great place they really take care of it
the elevators are nasty and the other day I got locked out of the gate for an hour after working a 12 hour shift because management is disorganized and refuses to get back to ANYONE anytime we try to band together they silence us? I feel like i’m trapped here
I own a condo here. I love it but HOA is very expensive for the service and amenities provided.
