Called to get info on washes and was told $40 for ultimate wash. I have the vehicle dropped off with my info on it and what I wanted “Ultimate - $40.” I left my name and number there in case they needed to reach me and to call when it was done. I go to pick up and they ask for $120! I explained what I was quoted and they even showed me the sticky note with my info and what I requested. They said it looks like miscommunication. I experienced fast friendly service and fair prices.
Beware!! Horrible employer. Upper management (home office) is verbally abusive and has no boundaries outside of shop hours and working hours. Pay is below average for area and if you quit, they will drop you to minimum wage for your last check. You have to ask for uniform deposit back, otherwise they will try and keep it.
