Placed a relatively small order, an item was incorrectly sized, which they determined was a mistake made by the factory, and they went above and beyond to correct the mistake.
Absolutely the building store I will frequent! I dealt with Carlen for deck supplies. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and great to work with. His ideas & suggestions are what is making our deck exceptionally beautiful! Even though Castle is a bit out of our way it is so worth it. I will post pics when completed. Stop by & work with Carlen!
