I would suggest not using this mechanic, we had him rebuild our engine and he brought it back in very bad shape, it has an exhaust leak and the engine light is on, asked him to fix it and he blocked me so I can not message him. Also took 2 months to get our suburban back with very little updates on how long it would be.
It appears to be impossible to talk to a person, it’s definitely not ran like a business, & they seem to only check email messages once at night then reply by “email only” the next morning making even initial inquiries take around a week BEFORE they schedule a visit which takes a minimum of two & a half weeks past the initial back & forth emails, and emails are the only thing they reply to, and not even to all of those.
