George has been so helpful from day one! We moved from West Virginia and in the process… I was looking for an apartment for my family and I, and wolf creek is the first place I called… I been communicating with George since day one. He’s been so helpful, and very well with communication. Moving so far can be stressful. The apartment is nice also. Having the garage is such a helpful resource. I would definitely recommend here to future tenants. ☺️
I lived at wolf creek for many years. Takes forever to get maintenance requests. I lived on ground level and had bug problems, so gross. they did not care to take care of. The buildings are run down and had packages stolen. management never cares to check cameras if they are even real cameras. They took my deposit and charged me for painting and carpet cleaning. Again I lived there over a decade. Shitty buildings and management, would not recommend.
Nice, quiet place to live. I’ve been here for about 3 years now and just recently renewed my lease again, which says a lot about how comfortable I am here. The community is peaceful, and I haven’t had issues with noise, which is something I really value. Management has been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Lived here for 3 years, it was very nice until they brought that 3 day rule due to other people not paying rent, I feel like that was very wrong, why hold other people accountable due to other residents not paying rent, also the place started to get infested with roaches, which I’m sure was from other neighbors because my unit was always clean, unfortunately they only sprayed our unit and didn’t spray the entire building so they were never gone.
I lived there and we had constant random walk ins with no notice. The only thing other than that I would say was an issue was bed bugs…I’m not sure if they were the neighbors or what but I know other people in the building had them. Nothing was ever done about them.
