I lived there and we had constant random walk ins with no notice. The only thing other than that I would say was an issue was bed bugs…I’m not sure if they were the neighbors or what but I know other people in the building had them. Nothing was ever done about them.
Unfortunately I would not recommend this unit. Since I moved three months ago I have been waiting for a response regarding my maintenance. When I rented the apartment I asked that it be delivered to me in perfect condition, which was not the case. I don't know why I'm Hispanic/Latina they ignore me but I have the same right to provide a full deposit for which I expect a completely remodeled unit. because it seems that those who lived here were destroyers and damaged the unity as they wanted.
