Took my jeep in to get some work done when I went to pick it up the lady told me there was a 450 charge even though before she told me my warranty covered it. She was then rude to me but luckily her boss David came along and helped out the situation.
We were on a trip and had a fault come up on our Ram 4500 for emissions service required and to see dealer. Not the best feeling when It was a snow storm and we were in an unknown area. Chelsea and her team fit us into their schedule asap. The tech was professional and showed us the reason for the issue was actually snow getting into the airbox of the engine and clogging the air filter. They had us back on the road in no time to return home.
The dreaded Takata airbag recall. Even though I have not purchased a truck here or had other service, Landon treated me like one of their own. Not only did they do the airbag change, but also checked and inspected two other Dodge recalls on my old truck. Thank You! Bucky
