I purchased a camera today at Mike's and had 5 star service! Terry was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. He helped me choose a great camera that I'm thrilled to use! I'm upset I didn't go there sooner, as they have great customer service and competitive prices. I will definitely go back for all of my printing and framing needs!

I have had awesome customer service on two separate occasions. Just over a week ago I dropped a lens and popped in to Mike's to check out my repair options. Patrick O'Hara helped me on this occassion and talked me through my options and helped me immensely. Besides talking through my repair options, he gave me some information on my future lens options, let me know about grey-market lenses, and helped with filters a bit. While visiting Denver, I stopped in with my fiancé about 2 minutes before close to see if they could fix my sensor. There was something causing a big black dot to appear in all photos. Terry and Mike were there to save the day! Sensor clean. Gave me great info and tips on local photo ops. Not to mention they stayed with us for about an hour after closing time. 5 stars all the way! Thanks guys!!!!
