My son had an appointment with Dr. Wolf. We were running late. I called the office to let them know we were on our way. The receptionist advised me they have a strict policy and we would need to reschedule if we were 10 minutes late. I explained my son is not mobile and uses a wheelchair. He also has a trach and depends on a ventilator. We live 30 minutes away. We arrived 12 minutes late and we're told we would have to reschedule.
