Not happy. Booked a spring service, booked it 1st week of February for end of March. It's a 3 hour drive for me, so I have to trailer it down. When I got to the counter, the service girl informed me that my bike had 2 outstanding recalls and the new side cases were available. I thought ok, let's get all that done and the old cases are on the bike to swap. So I said do it. She informed me that, they need to order parts and it will be a couple weeks. I was livid. Bought my first bike from peak a few days ago and cannot thank everyone there for the seamless experience. Taylor was amazing, super knowledgeable and willing to work with my schedule. I would suggest anyone go here to buy a bike, its the best dealership in London!

Update: Another good experience at Peak Powersports! I had a Speed Sensor fail on my bike. Hector did a great job, saved me on some labour charges due to his expertise, and the job was done in great time. Very friendly & helpful staff!
