George deserves your business! I was not a regular customer of Wolcott Sanitation BUT I am now! After normal business hours, George quickly returned my frantic call for help and was at my house within 1 hour of my call. Next time you have a need for sanitation services, please call George!!
Came right out and pumped my septic tank so the plumber John Doyle could change my pump. Thanks for squeezing me in quickly to your busy schedule. They both did a great Job!!
Called George today with an unusual need...sewage ejector pump, overfilled and the tank is inside the home. First company I called quoted $350 to come and drain it, showed up and would not do the work cause it was too difficult to find a way to bring the hoses to the tank inside. George came out, within an hour or 2 and found a way to make it work. Completed the job, super personable and WAY more affordable than the first guy. He gave me suggestions so i hopefully never have the issue again, but if i ever do....this is who I... read more
We had an unexpected issue today and George came right out and serviced our tank. Very reasonable. We also had a related plumbing issue. George put us in touch with John Doyle Plumbing and Heating LLC who came out at 7:00 pm and quickly fixed the problem. We will definitely continue to have George service our septic and call John with plumbing needs.
We had an emergency with our septic system during evening hours. They came right out to address the problem. We highly recommend them and will use nobody else but them from now on. Thank you again!
