Matt was great and finished in a timely manner. The price for service was horrible. The part was $300. Took him about hr and half to install. Charged me $1900. Was told by them and builder that we had a ten year warranty on hvac. Little did I know you only get ten year warranty if you register it. What a joke. Not one person ever told me that. Do not call the office. You will get AI and it will take forever. Don’t think I can recommend them. That said Matt did do a wonderful job.
When our HVAC stopped working Walcott’s sent Nick out that day. He throughly explained the issues & put a plan together to fix our issue. Nick was pleasant & easy to talk to. Thanks for the professional service- appreciate it. On another time Grant came out to for our routine maintenance - he was professional & thorough.
Diego did a great job We'll recommend it.
John was incredibly thorough and helped us understand that there were issues with the pipes and AC that were going to cost us much more than we had planned to buy this new house. He helped us make an informed decision that was not just about the aesthetics we could see.
