They are really good ! Rite aid used to screw up all the time. The hours are a bit rough but, they are on the ball, for sure
Wolcott Pharmacy has been a great alternative to Rite Aid — up until today. Joanna, who has always been warm and helpful in the past, lost her composure today when I asked the clerk her opinion as to why our doctors are only refilling one prescription at a time and whether it had to do with the medication itself. Her tone was unprompted, and the way that she shouted at me was humiliating. Wolcott Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I’ve ever had! I rarely have to wait in line, and the staff is very helpful and attentive. Going here is a much better experience than the larger pharmacy/convenience store options. Every time I go there to get prescriptions, I feel like they go above and beyond expectations tiptoe a pleasant experience.
I recognize that Wolcott Pharmacy is currently overwhelmed with Rite Aid closing but I followed up with them three time regarding the request I submitted for them to transfer my medication. The last time I was told everything was all set. I got a text today from CVS saying my scripts had been successfully received (this is where Rite Aid was sending people's meds if a request wasn't submitted by another pharmacy).
