I was referred to Dr. Wolcott for a root canal by my dentist in Taos because he could not schedule it for a month. Dr. Wolcott and his staff were terrific. He thoroughly described the procedure, asked me several times if I had questions. Before, during and after the root canal he constantly asked how I was doing. The procedure went well and my tooth feels perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Wolcott.
I was referred to Dr. Wolcott at Endodontics of New Mexico for a possible root canal. After a consultation I was scheduled an appointment the next day for more test to see if an actual root canal was needed. He asked could he drill through the crown, to which I replied the crown has to be replaced anyway so that’s fine. Then he asked could he remove the crown and I said yes. Dr. Wolcott - Just walked in washed his hands, and didn't introduce himself. Arrogant, unfriendly, cold, and overpriced.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Wolcott. In 2013, I had a root canal problem that had lingered for months after the tooth was treated by another endodontics doctor. Dr. Wolcott fixed the problem in just one office visit. So, I was convinced of his technical capability. Recently, I have had a complicated tooth issue and Dr. Wolcott is able to develop a viable path forward based on his thorough examination.
