Outstanding customer service with no bull. I really appreciate this company and how they do business and how they treat their customers. I worked with 4 different people and they were all great and really helpful! Work was scheduled and completed faster than expected! I’m already recommending this place to others!
Technician was on time, professional, very informative, and just down right personable.
Sean provided excellent customer service and was patient with explaining The leak that we experienced as well as multiple options for fixes that ranged from an immediate fix to more preventative based on his expertise and our budget. This is my second timing using Wolcott and the experience continues to be excellent.
