Took my yamaha for it's first service.. Mark was excellent and technician did a super job ...good experience. I've now got a great dealer on my doorstep
I bought a 2025 Tracer 9 GT+ after a test ride. The sales team were excellent both in setting up the test and in dealing with the sale. I actually ended up buying the one in the showroom which meant fast completion. The team organised and fitted the extras I wanted. They also organised the part exchange of my BMW R1250RS. Ten days from first order to collection then 7 more days until first service at 600 miles - excellent work and well recommended. No complaints at all.
Terrible, disinterested and kept my bike battery! I have a grey import bike that has been sitting for a long time. I asked them to collect, with a view to give it a service (get it running again, as it was fine before it was left to sit) and then MOT. After they collected it, I got a long story back basically saying I should scrap the bike as it needed a bunch of very expensive parts that would need to be imported. Had an amazing experience with these guys. Recently got myself an MT03 and absolutely in love with her. They were great help with the questions I had and helped me with a PCP as I had no clue how it all worked. I recommend these guys.
