I had an appointment with a mental health nurse 2 days ago. I was disgusted no wonder so many take their own lives. She was abusive. Give this place a wide birth disgusting. Made me feel like a piece of dirt, worthless, I became more unwell after being there. Horrible experience. Also when I asked for the manager I was told they were not there! Watch your backs
I'm fully satisfied with services provided. Moreover it's much better than my previous mental health clinic. Dr. Vivarelli is so attentive and supportive, never been to so good doctor.
Kicked my doors down 3 times to force drugs that nearly killed me 3 times if you want to end up nearly dead go to bridge well house
A place to be avoided at all costs and I am in the process of sueing them they pathologically lied about me
I am no stranger to MH services (I’m on an almost 15 year journey through NHS and private Psych’s and therapists so far) & when I saw the reviews for bridgewell my heart sank. I was so scared this would be another disaster. However I will always give credit where it’s due and so far Bridgewell house have been very supportive. The receptionists I’ve spoken to have been very helpful and managed to find me an apt that usually wouldn’t be offered but was the only one I could make.
