Wok Inn -- good food, SLOW delivery – I love the original Wok Inn, but I order from this one since I live near. I usually enjoy the food, but man, is the service slow at this location! It's like they don't have enough delivery persons, and more than once (or twice) my order has missing items. I always hope, "this time nothing will go wrong" and it's really iffy. Bad food...quick service – I'm recently new to the area and rarely eat fast food. It's a lazy Sunday and neither I nor my brother felt like getting up and cooking or going out. We placed an order that got to the house quickly, but the order was completely wrong. The food arrived here quickly, but when I opened the bag I noticed the order was wrong. GOOD FOOD, UNACCOUNTABLE MANAGEMENT – I made my weekly run to Wok Inn, taking orders from peers. When filling beverages, another customer touched a dispenser marked 'broken'. Liquid spewed from in and got on my blouse (first time I've worn it). I thought it would dry on to discover hours later that is was a syrupy substance and had stained my blouse. I called and asked for the manager who told me that they were unwilling to take any responsibility for my blouse because another customer did it rather than a staff person. I wa... read more
great food – I like this even better than the original location (which I also highly recommend). I love the soup bar and everything I've tried on the menu so far, my favorites are orange beef, kung pao chicken and the lo mein. I think this is a great updated version of the original and would highly recommend it to everyone!
