They changed ribs now they are small soggy and have a lot of fat recommend going to the old style ribs

You build your own bowl with raw meats, vegetables, and noodles, then choose from sauces ranging from sweet teriyaki to spicy chili oils. Watching it cook on the large circular griddle is the highlight. It can get busy and a bit chaotic at times, which may lead to longer waits or occasional mix-ups, but the experience is still unique, and expensive, we end up paying $300 for 5 people.
