Does not keep you abreast if anything, does not return calls. Has zero follow thru. Assistant is nasty. Attorney told me to bring by paperwork for his assistant to copy and she flat out refused to copy anything and wouldn’t give me my paperwork back. Said I didn’t need it, they did. Would not even give me my copy of will back. Had to argue profusely and then was given a copy. 4 months into this and I still know nothing.
