I have tried, with 2 separate car purchases, to speak to an agent to get coverage during non business hours. Maybe I'm old school, but I can remember being able to speak to an agent when necessary, in order to get a binding coverage to drive my vehicle home. Today is my second attempt. I called, 2 hours apart, to try and get a call back. I am going into hour 5 on a Saturday with still no coverage. Giving up time during my job is not really an option.
