Horrible flooring installation, poor customer service..
I rarely write reviews, but I believe in give credit where credit is due. We worked with Kevin and Keith on getting both carpet and bathroom floors for our house. They were nothing short of professional, sincere, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The installation crew was very professional as well. They kept communicating with us as the project moved along. Lastly, after everything was said and done, we got a refund because certain adjustments in the project weren't necessary. They offer a nice selection of flooring products but do NOT use them for the installation!!! Extremely unprofessional.
