Drove by me in my neighborhood going about 65mph in a 20. I honked and motioned to slow down. He raised his middle finger and shouted something. Turns out other people in the neighborhood have had trouble with the owner of Woffords Nursery harassing them on the road or driving recklessly. I followed him to his house.
