Best way to describe them is part fitters who cannot diagnose any issues that don’t have warning lights. Once Tony said he couldn’t fix I started asking around and checking ChatGPT who all advised it was most likely a blown fuse, I asked Tony to check the fuses and he said it’s definitely not that and I should take my car to Mazda, unfortunately I assumed he knew what he was talking about and did. They advised it was a blown fuse… Will never take my car here again
