October 1st, 2025: Finally canceled my insurance with them. I'm sure they couldn't care less. Working with Darlene was like pulling teeth. She never returned my phone calls even when I left her a message telling her it was urgent (as in "I have to have an insurance quote for my closing date"), so I had to call again until I actually reached her.
