I was extremely disappointed with there rental team. I had applied for a couple of rentals through this agency and never heard back from them. They are not very professional when it comes to applying for anything. I would not recommend them at all if you are looking for something to rent. Staff are very rude…. But
We had a really disappointing and sad experience with Wodonga Real Estate. My Mum’s unit she had been renting for 7 years was sold. She signed a new lease whilst not being mentally stable. To break that lease cost a lot of money, even with a letter supplied by her Dr stating she was unfit to move. The lack of care, compassion and empathy that was shown is an utter disgrace. We have been leasing through Wodonga Real Estate for 3 years, Mandy has been our property Manger and if we could give her more than the recommended stars we would, Mandy has gone out off her way to reorganize inspections due to my husband's ongoing Treatments for Terminal Cancer nothing was never too much for her THANK YOU. Also thank you too the rest off the staff. I would highly recommend any Property owners who want their Properties Managed and looked after, you couldn't go pass Wodonga Real Estate.
