To me, a good dentist not only has the skills but also has the emotional intelligence to make patients feel comfortable, explain what is going to happen, checks during the procedure that you are ok and had excellent skills to execute exemplary dentistry. I have found Amar Krishna and his clinic to deliver this so well. The only clinic for me.
Bec from the FAMILY dental clinic left a message on my voice mail threatening to send the debt collectors out to me as my bill was accidentally not paid from my account. This threat was voiced after 1 week of an accidental era. Will not be returning to this dental clinic.
I visited Dr. Krishna for a few fillings, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. He consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The entire process was seamless and pain-free. Thank you!
The team at Wodonga Family Dental are by far the best practice on the Border. I had a severely infected tooth which was causing a great deal of pain and even though they were fully booked they made time to get me in that morning. Cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Chan. She is amazing!!! Highly recommend for your next visit.
