Absolutely remarkable experience from Caitlin. I enquired on a particular vehicle on a Sunday in which I was not expecting to get a response until Monday however was taken back at how quick she got back to me (within minutes). Caitlin offered excellent and exceptional service right from the beginning, she lined up a test drive and viewing first thing on the Monday and straight after getting back we purchased it on the spot. Follow up on my previous review. Wodonga Car World finally responded to my post today. My original post was over 12 months ago !! Just another reason to avoid this company given their incompetent service and lack of communication and action. Original post: New motorhome booked in for 1st service classed as "minor". 3 hour trip to Wodonga, chaotic on arrival, no place to park and the shuttle service that we pre booked was given to ppl that had not booked.
