Had a plumbing emergency and the team responded quickly (within 20 mins before 8am). and worked hard to fix the problem. The team member that responded was very professional and had a lot of pride in his work, testing everything multiple times to make sure the issue was fully resolved. Would definitely recommend. Edit: 1. If you wanted to engage in a conversation, you wouldn't have emailed me at 8 in the morning asking me to take my review down or else you won't send me the report. You only attempted to call me at 1030 when you see that I haven't taken the review down. 2. I was told I would be given 30 mins notice prior to the tech' s arrival, that didn't happen. 3. Serviced my gas heater early this year. When it developed a fault, not related to the service, they were attentive and quick to assist. Reset the system, gave advice on what to do and provided a quote should the problem persist.
