Ian serviced my ducted gas heater and was awesome. He called in advance to advise of his ETA, arrived as promised, did a detailed inspection of the heating, explained what he found and advised on the best way forward given his findings. Highly recommend!

Paid $297 for a quote I never received. I don't normally pay for quotes, but since Woden Valley Plumbing has a good reputation online, I made an exception. Big mistake. On 6 May 2026 I paid $297 for a site visit and quote. I wanted a few toilets replaced, my gas heater serviced, and a new rainwater tank installed.
