If there was a way I could put 0 stars I would. Worst Company in CBR, always sends workers that don’t know how to do there jobs, worst customer service, overall just not kind, wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE. Genuinely appalling how he got his own company.
Fabulous service. Needed a set of custom glass shelves for for a kitchen cabinet as there was a post in the corner. We did the cut out on the original shelf (particle board) to ensure it would fit, and provided that. The glass shelves came back just under 2 weeks later and fit perfectly. The owner even provided a drill bit and some pins for these glass shelves free or charge!
Highly recommend Woden Valley Glass. They had recently installed a new shower screen and it was hassle free from the time they came out to quote to when they installed it.
Amazingly prompt attention repairing the broken glass in my door and a huge shout out to Chris the young chap who repaired it, he was so efficient and a delight to deal with, Chris is a great advertisement for the company
Very poor communication. I had to end up ringing to find out what was happening - emails were never replied to. An incompetent employee was sent out to install my replacement shower screen. All he could do by himself was dismantle the old one. He should not have been sent out by himself as he has no idea how to install the new screen. An older employee eventually turned up to help, even then the shower door was put on backwards. We now have a left hand door with the main handle on the inside of the shower.
