Had appointment today at 9.45 am I pointed out it was emergency saw doctor and was told I had cellulitis infection in my leg and needed antibiotics. I have heart failure, kidney disease. And I'm diabetic so this can get serious fast .was told meds would be sent to chemist so qent to chemist at 4pm as I had other meds to pick up at that time and guess what no antibiotics tryed to ring doctors closed so another 24 house of no antibiotics really not food enough

Danielle the receptionist, is very rude & patronising, it is now twice ive called to ask for help & unfortunately Danielle has answered. Which i dread. No compassion, no emphathy just rude. Clearly its an effort for her to work..! However Dr Tahir and Doctor Dauda are great very informative, very kind, very reassuring & helpful & the only reason the whole family is still under this surgery.

My wife On 09/4 I requested an appointment with doctor, she health condition requires continued examinations that are necessary, she is at risk of paralysis and you still have not contacted she.I been went to personally request an appointment and you turned him down at the reception saying you did not have one. I immediately require an appointment to which I am entitled. If I do not receive it within 24 hours, I will file a report with the inspection for neglect of care.
