After being on a long waiting list for months, I was told that they were cancelling my appointment because I am moving to NSW. They knew from my initial consultation that this was always my plan and I stated I needed to just get my medication checked not ongoing treatment. I have live in the ACT for 20 years and only recently moved to NSW so I was shocked to be treated like this. Incredibly disappointed. Staff were uncaring, rushed and untrained.
