After canceling my appointment and telling me to call them. The receptionist was very rude when I called, STAFF NEED to adhere to the phone message recording about proper behavior.
I can highly recommend Dr. Swara Jain for her outstanding professionalism. She effectively treated my skin problems after several other doctors had failed to do so. She is also very kind, welcoming, and available for her patients.
I really like Dr. Rubel. I find her to be incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and kind. The nurses were super lovely. I recommend.
Referral from doctor to this place (the only place in Canberra able to treat my condition). Received the following response: “Woden Dermatology have received your referral. At this stage we are unable to offer you an appointment. “
