Awesome Art on old architecture and a pier to waste time on
Quiet afternoon overlooking the skyline.
This park could be a gem but it is riddled with bad dog owners who treat the park as a dog run. Every single morning there are a plethora of dog owners who let their dogs off leash and run around. I've seen the dogs chase birds, dig holes in the lawn and run on the lawn. When asked to put the dogs on leashes they get defensive and hostile. The dog owners that use this park are a nuisance to the community and the park does nothing about it.
