Layout seems to be very wheelchair/stroller/etc friendly, there’s a pleasant ramp that bypasses the one set of optional stairs on your way to great views of Manhattan.
Nice park. It’s a little barren, but great for dogs “on leashes.“ It’s not enclosed so you can’t let them run free. The fishing pier seems nice, but I didn’t have any “activity” the day I went. Probably because the current was too strong.
