I called and nobody picked up! This is very disappointing to me. For about two weeks, i have called every week day, and nothing was heard from them. Never buy anything from them ever. Bad business, i have to say.
Horrible customer relations dept. they dont want any correspondence with customers only through email. i previously ordered a part and had a question that needed immediate attention. so i called, no one picked , is that any way to treat buying customers? HELL NO!
I tried calling and emailing. No response. I'm very disappointed.
Unfortunately I did not experience any type of positive feelings about doing business with this individual. After ordering and paying promptly via PayPal, I waited for the seller to update the status of the order. After several days, I emailed the seller a follow up request for the item and if shipped yet. Several more days passed and nothing, believe me, no one had followed up with my request. I contacted Pay-Pal and advised of the situation. A claim was issued and case opened.
