The experience at WNY Psychiatry and Counseling Associates is phenomenal in all areas. Drs. Croglio and Ravvin, and other members of the team are dedicated and knowledgeable professionals, and genuinely caring individuals. Writing this review is difficult only in that I cannot fully express what a difference this practice has made in my life.
So rare to find a group of providers these days who connect with patients as people. No matter how busy their day is, they have always made us feel like our issues are important to them and they have bent over backwards to help my family get empowered with their mental health. I see a few individuals at WNY Psych & Counseling. Colleen (provider) helps manage my meds for anxiety, and Nicole (counselor) is helping me finally navigate the past trauma in my life with EMDR therapy. They are both exceptional at what they do, and at being just good humans. The office staff is wild but in the absolute best way. If you walk in feeling down, you’ll be laughing at one of the girls up front before you sit down to wait. The office and staff are so laid back, you just feel comfortable even being there.
