Unfortunately, not the best 1st experience at this practice. There was a bit of a wait for my intake appointment but that's probably more because of my work schedule. I got hopelessly lost trying to find the location and was scolded by staff there that "most people know how to use Google maps" and I should have called. Uhm, ok. I didn't call because I figured I'd be on hold for 30 minutes, but thanks for the condescending response. Absolutely horrible experience. I was waiting in the waiting room and i could very clearly hear one of the woman talking to a client (over zoom) just completly trashing men and how men contribute nothing to relationships and theres so many single women in relationships and its a huge problem all over america.
