Customer service is terrible. Prescriptions are never called in on time. Call center representatives are usually not fluent in English and are unable to answer questions.

I miss the days when the drs were honest and straight forward with you. Now I find myself looking elsewhere because of the one female dr Beth. The last 3 times I've gone in I heard her yelling at her staff and making fun of other co-workers and previous patients while they weren't even present.  I do not want that as a person who takes care of me or my family.  Who knows what she's saying or sharing when I'm not there.

I arrived for an appointment that was booked using the WNY Medical call center. I confirmed with them twice as to the time I should arrive. Upon arrival, I was told by the health assistant that I was late and needed to reschedule the appointment. I was frustrated, knowing the time I was told. I expressed my disappointment and was met with hostility from the health assistant and then a cold shoulder from the PA. WNY Medical really needs to get their act together. Not happy! Had several Squamish cell cancer diagnosis at the office. Been going there for years. Asked for DMV form to be filled out for UV protection tinting on my car. “We don’t do that. Go to your primary.” YOU'RE A DERMATOLOGIST !!! … jeeez.
