I like Beth Winslow. I never felt bad about her what so ever. I’m satisfied with the office receptionist. Never a problem. However, using outsourced schedulers from Pakistan or India seems to be a problem. Worse yet, I never actually met the Doctor. I had two conversations over the phone. He requested that I use FaceTime to look at a wound on my leg that was causing me a great deal of pain. This Doctor never does an in person visit. I had wonderful experiences here under Dr. Debra Longbine, however, since she retired and was replaced with Beth Winslow I have had nothing but bad experiences. She has awful bedside manner, she writes off my pain as if I’m crazy, and she used the term “politically correct” while discussing antidepressants which I found extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. She recently dropped me as a patient because of a no-show appointment and I could not be more relieved. Frankly, I didn’t show because I am extremely uncomfortable ... read more
Don’t like the office and never go there for a pcp provider they release me for lies said my phones does not work when it does and I had a post posted and I think they removed it there so it’s a terrible doctor yay Wny medical to go to
