This place makes no sense. How does an receptionist is able to take your vitals and take blood pressure the wrong way and my blood pressure is always up because they use my forearm always making it high, Next day I went to my primary care and my blood pressure was normal and lost weight. This place is a scam. I would never refer anyone to go this place. Feels like a fake doctors office. Stay away from this office they are majorly fake with no idea how to take care of you.
Absolute joke of a practice. These doctors will completely ignore your symptoms and accuse you of being the problem and accuse you of lying to them. More importantly, they have zero medical knowledge and half the time I was actually teaching them. I promise you will find better treatment at any different practice in buffalo where doctors are actually competent - avoid this place.
The staff makes you feel welcome. They don't rush you. They are very professional 👏
Avoid this place at all costs!!! To be fair, the doctors here have been great. They have been thorough, kind, and caring. This review has nothing to do with the doctors. The problem is the call center on the other side of the world that they use. I was supposed to see my doctor 2 times per year. This call center calls me once every 3 weeks, and they tell me to call back before 1pm. There is NO reason to call me once every 3 weeks. If I don't answer, they call 3 times in a row. I was a patient at their French Road Office. This place is awful. They're rude, they never follow-up. They don't answer their phones. For the last 2 years, I've had awful pains on the right side of stomach and right side of my head. I've told the P.A. She sends me to Windsong and then I don't hear from her until next year. I call her and she doesn't offer any explanation, as if she doesn't even care. No follow-up, nothing!! Just awful. I'm finally going to another medical center. I'm done with this place.
