John is extremely skilled in fault finding and expert in fixing forklift. Our Komatsu forklift wouldn't start. Another technician from Buffalo worked on it for 2 hours but couldn't figure out what was wrong. John found the problem right away and fixed it in all with in 1/2 hour.
John has been taking care of our fleet of forklifts for over a year now, we could not be happier with the service we receive! He can fix anything, he is always timely, reasonably priced and does it all with a smile! I cannot recommend WNY Forklift more!
