I have used both Stanley Steemer and Chem-Dry in the past, but I must say that the service provided by WNY Carpet Pro far surpassed my previous experiences. Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning my carpet and area rug, but they also took the time to communicate with me throughout the process, addressing any concerns I had and ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the results. Their attention to detail and customer service truly set them apart. I am grateful for the excellent service!

Hands down the best cleaning we ever had, we had Stanley streamer and Aladdin carpet cleaning in the past but we now have a go to service for our carpet and sofa cleaning at a fraction of the cost.
