Owner has no customer service skills and refuses to deal with a problem he created. I was a member for 3 months, ended up canceling because I wasn’t using this gym, & was using my main gym. 6 months later I get charged again. Approached Martin (owner), he said it was an accidental charge from his billing company, that I “shouldn’t have gotten charged”, and that he would “take care of it.” 3 weeks later, still no refund.
