It really sucks how unprofessional amanda’s staff is because she is a great np. They never return voicemails. One day they say they called a prescription in and when it wasnt called the next day they say i need to see the doctor. They said i needed to change my pcp. So i did that now they say i have to have a physical insurance card to be seen. Not to mention the receptionist will answer the phone and transfer you to someone and they never answer you just get voicemails that wont be returned.
Mrs Amanda is the best! She is so thorough, so easy to talk to, and cares about her patients. I have recommended her to all my friends and family and they love her as well! We even drive over an hour to see her, that’s how amazing she is!
