I placed 2 orders with this company, one on 11/20/2017 and the other on 12/04/2017. They quote a lead time of 1 to 5 weeks but we have not received our orders as of today 2/1/2018. Our credit card has been charged in full for both orders, $696.01. I have attempted to call and email but there is no way to get through to anyone. They do not deserve a favorable rating!
